Wallet balance cannot be transferred to a bank account, another wallet, or any external payment method.
Your balance can only be used to purchase services available on SASTA SMM PAK.

Refill Services: If a service includes a refill guarantee, you may request a refill within the specified refill period, subject to the service terms.
No Refill Services: No refill means no refill guarantee. SASTA SMM PAK is not responsible for drops, incomplete delivery, or other service issues for services marked No Refill, regardless of the order amount.
Service Updates: Service prices, availability, delivery speed, and performance may change due to provider or social media platform updates. SASTA SMM PAK is not responsible for issues affecting No Refill services because of such changes.
Correct Account Details: Customers must provide the correct username or profile link and ensure their account is public wherever required.
Order Cancellation: Orders that are processing or completed cannot ordinarily be cancelled. Eligible unresolved service issues will be reviewed according to the selected service terms.
Wallet deposits are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Refunds are not available for completed orders or services marked No Refill.
For eligible orders with a refill guarantee, customers may request a refill according to the service terms. A refill is not a cash refund.
If a service cannot be delivered, any eligible adjustment may be provided as SASTA SMM PAK wallet credit.
All requests are subject to the selected service terms and applicable law.
